I am confuddled… please englighten me!
Background Info:
CRB Pg 165: Missile Tube, 7500 Creds! (ouch!) (In with the rest of the weapon, so this must be a Personal Level weapon (shoulder fired) but capable of taking down ships?)
DC Pg 47:
Golan Arms Concussion Missile, 200 Creds
Merr-Sonn Frag Missile, 75 Creds
Merr-Sonn Plasma Missle, 160 Creds
Merr-Sonn Incendiary Missile, 145 Creds
And a note in the descriptions that these are Portable missiles that are fired from various Missile Tubes (I assume that means the stats from the CRB Above)
CRB Pg 229, Concussion Missile Launcher (Ship Weapon) (Again 7500)
CRB pg 229 (Within the description) Concussion Missiles, 500 creds.
DC Pg 61, A list of Missiles and Rockets. Ranging 300-400 Creds.
So.. a few questions here.
1: The Missile Tube (CRB165) Is expensive! Its more han 3 times the cost of a Thermal Detonator, or the Flechette Launchers, I assume it must include a missile, as it has damage stats but that only brings its price down to 7000 creds! Does this seem right?
2: The same applies to the Ships Missile Launcher, its listed specifically as a Concussion Missile Launcher, and has damage stats. So I assume it must come with a missile included. But is capable of being reloaded with the other missiles listed in DC page 61? Seem fair?
Otherwise there is no launch system listed, unless you throw away the launcher each and everytime.
3: Proposal: Players can buy a Missile Launcher system WITHOUT ammunition, for the cost listed, minus the value of the missile (concussion) that seems to come with it. Opinions?
4: Mini-Missile packs are limited to the Mini Concussion and Mini Rockets listed in DC pg 61?
5: The regular Missile Pack (DC Pg 60) is loaded with regular missiles as listed on DC Pg 61, as well as the Concussion Missles listed in the CRB?
This one for some reason is really giving my brain hurt… so I don’t know how clear I have been?
