Hi, I have a question about how Next Design works with the mulligan rule.

Before taking your first turn, you may install up to 3 pieces of ice, with no more than a single piece of ice per server. Draw until you have 5 cards in HQ.

Setup

Step 5: Draw Starting Hands: Each player draws five cards from

the top of his deck to form his starting hand. After drawing

starting hands, the Corporation may choose to take a

mulligan by shuffling his hand back into his deck and

then drawing a new starting hand. After the Corporation

decides whether to mulligan, the Runner decides whether to

mulligan as well. If a player takes a mulligan, he must keep

his second hand as his starting hand. When the players are

satisfied with their starting hands, each player places his deck

facedown in his play area.

Can I draw my starting hand, activate NEXT Design, install 1 or 2 ICE, activate the muligan rule to draw a new starting hand in order to draw a new ICE and install as third ICE, then draw until I have 5 cards at hand?.
