I am so glad this game came out when I was an adult. Having to beg my parents every month for a new plastic thing would have gotten old. And waiting until a birthday or an event for a new ship would have been brutal.

Naw, married and have a 1 week old kid (which has slowed down my X Wing slightly). But I'm lucky and my wife encourages me to pursue my interests, even if it's buying 1/270 scale models of pretend space ships and 'flying' them around with other grown men on my free time for fun . She knows how to play also and crushes me sometimes. @ the LCG too...

This sounds like my wife. I have a new son (now four months), a three-year old daughter (who rolls the dice for us when we play), a three month old puppy, and a wonderful wife who STILL plays X-Wing with me on occasion in spite of all the aforementioned madness that is our life. She is the best!

She even lets me win sometimes...

Was planing getting both at the same time so I could get free shipping from MM. But it's been tempting to just eat the shipping or full retail cost and get the transport early. But with the Vette on the boat it's only going to be a matter of weeks until I get both.

I think it wouldn't be that bad if I missed out on the first shipment of Corvettes, I mean with the transport, wave 4, plus everything we have already I think I have enough to keep me busy. I don't even have a table big enough to play epic
