If they're whales, then we better keep them away from Attack Wing. Who knows what transparent aluminum shenanigans they might try and pull?!
Not to worry, that enterprise D is a small base ship.
Considering that Attack Wing doesn't even nod towards scale, we can't assume anything. For all we know that tiny little Enterprise D might have enough room in it to fit 3 or 4 transports, with spare space for half a dozen corvettes.
