Anyone else have issues with large bases coming warped? How did you fix them? I just started x-wing and 2 of my 3 large bases are warped so they dont lay flat, 1 was so bad i filled out a parts request, but i think the other is fixable. Not the greatest first impression, lets see how the parts replacement service works compared to other companies.

I've never had a problem with warped bases. FFG has really good customer service, so they should ship you new ones quickly if you let them know.

Were the boxes mangled too, or just the bases?

Everything else in the boxes where fine, the boxes themselves where fine as well, all the small bases i picked up where fine to, just the large bases where warped.

I also have two of three large bases warped. Perhaps I'll check with ff and see if I can get good ones.

You should drop the base... off at FFG to get it fixed.

I'm actually thinking this has managed to go quite a while without the obvious meme.

I got a YT-1300 with one of the pegs so warped that the ship was literally stuck in a 45 degree left bank. It made the model so unstable that it could barely remain standing. Fortunately I had gotten it from the local store, so I just exchanged it within an hour of buying it. Failing that option however, I have had great experience with FFG's customer service. I was missing a single plastic ship token from my Twilight Emperium game. I described the problem to customer service and within a week I got the exact missing piece in the mail.

One of my shuttle bases was extremely warped. FFG replaced it...with another really warped base...

I do own 3 Lambda's, 3 Falcons and 3 Firesprays and only one of them had that problem.

Out of 7 large ships I have 2 warped bases. One of them is pretty extreme and I don't use it.
