Here is my problem with the E wing as it stand 3/3/2/3 for 27 as a low ps.

I personally would run 2 b-wings and 2 x-wings over 2 e wings and 2 x wing. I know it can take a droid and sensors also it can be paired with some z95s but I just have a hard time with the cost for the ship. If I were to upgrade the e-wing the cost of it would going against an ORS. I just don't know.

I preordered 3 defenders 3 phantoms 3 e-wings 6 z95s, so I guess 1 phantom or 1 z95 would work.

For nostalgic reasons, I'd want a TIE Defender. Flew a lot of missions in those things as a kid.

For gameplay reasons, I'd want a TIE Phantom. The 4 attack dice and cloaking device sound really fun.

For practical reasons, I'd want a Z-95 Headhunter, because I'll probably end up wanting to own five of these things, so I may as well get a head start on it.

Now that I think about it, I have nostalgia for the TIE Phantom and Z-95, too. It'll be a hard decision if I make top two at an event.

Probably the Z-95, and the E-Wing second. The Defender and Phantom are both about the same in terms of priority for me, so I'd actually let my opponent choose first if I was reduced to those two. I'll end up getting all of them at some point, but I want the Z-95 since I'll be giving it a repaint. :3

TIE Phantom since it is the most unique. I haven't pre-ordered yet.

All winning one does is make me have to change my pre-order.

In rank of wanting them the most:

1, Phantom

2, Defender

3, E-Wing

4, Z-95 Headhunter

Since I will get more than one of them all and they all cost the same, it really makes no difference to me.

1. E-wing. I love the ship and really want the new astromechs.

2. TIE Defender. I love the ship and it is the only one that comes with Predator.

3. TIE Phantom. Cloaking shenanigans.

4. Z-95. Going to need a lot of these.

Truth be told the most your going to run is two of each ship and maybe 4 Z-95s, unless your crazy like me and try to fit 6 in a battle with 1 Outer Rim. (12*6+27=99)

More then likely its going to be 2 Outer Rim and 3 Z95 with Ion Pulse (54+45) because why not.

I know for fact I am going to run 4 tie Phantoms just for the fun of it because 20 shots at range 1 should be able to take anything down.

I will be amazed if I do win anything though, as the tourney may be my first ever game of X-Wing.

It would have to be the Z-95 for me.

I gotta get me a Phantom first, then a Defender (mostly because I prefer Imperials the most). But to be realistic, I'll settle for just finish in top 3 and having at least 2 ships to choose between.

I've preordered 3 Z's, 3 Phantoms, 1 Defender and 1 Ewing.

So if I won Imdaar, I'd probably pick up a second defender. Or an Ewing. Then again, a 4th Z...

Z-95. I love the ship, and it's the one I'm most likely to use consistently in normal lists so I can have the fun of playing with my special prize ship. The other options are fun I guess, but I can't really see myself using them all that often because they're so expensive.

I have a number of these fighters on preorder already, I just hope I place high enough to get one of the reward ships!

I already have some painting / DIY ideas for the TIE Phantom, so getting one ahead of the full launch of wave 4 stuff would mean I can get to bring out my custom works earlier (with respect to the rough time when everyone else gets their stuff)

That Ewing really is ugly. The design itself.

I would go with the Tie Defender i do not care about his point costs but the upgrades and to fly a Heavy fighter class ship is kinda tempting.

2nd palced is the Tie-Phantom.

I would really struggle to choose as I am looking forward to all of them equally. In fact if I got myself into a position when I was to win one I would ideally place 4th so that I didn't have to choose.

Edit: Actually I might go for the E-wing first as I really want to get my hands on an R7 as I think it will combine nicely with Tarn Mison in the Rebel Transport set.
