You would include the named pilots of

Wedge, Luke, Porkins, Garvin, Biggs and Dutch w/ ict. Then fill out the rest of the points with 3 red squadron pilots and 3 gold squadron pilots w/ ict. This comes in at 300 points on the dot, and I believe includes all of the named rebel pilots at the battle of Yavin that have been released. With the exception of Han, but you could even include him if you are playing in a doubles event.
