I saw the huge ship news today and now I'm definitely at the "take my money already" stage. I check my of retailer of choice, CSI, and it looks like they aren't taking preorders on the X-Wing Rebel Transport. I'm wondering if they are already sold out of their first shipment since the Wave 4 ships are still available for preorder.
Miniature Market is definitely sold out. Any recommendations on other reputable retailers to purchase from on release week?

Most places are sold out, I know I am, I got a call last week that FFG was already out of their first shipment, and they have not filled half the orders they sold, I'm only getting half my order.
My LGS will probably get only a few, and I'm not a fan of waiting until the next prints so I ordered mine from TeamCovenant.com
They have some nice videos on their youtube channel for X Wing and they seem like a quality company so I figured I would support them once I found out MM was sold out.

Thus far, my LGS has failed to get me an Imperial Aces pack since they apparently chose to sell all of theirs on online pre-order rather than support any of the local gamers. I would prefer to support my local store rather than ordering online, but even my saintly patience has its limits.

That's understandable. I wouldn't want to patronize a store that favors online consumers over locals either.
Unfortunately my FLGS barely carries any X-Wing stuff. I'm trying to get more people involved in the game here in Charleston and with added demand the store will hopefully stock more items. And that's why I've been purchasing my X-Wing stuff online. But I think you are right. It can't hurt to give them a call, support their business, and maybe I'll luck out if he ordered one or two.

Comments like this make me feel very lucky that both of my FLGs's have stock of just about every expansion. (one is sold out of Aces, the other is sold out of B-Wings) and they keep themselves pretty well stocked at all times. Woo Hoo Champaign-Urbana Gaming Stores keep up the great work!!
