The Lost and the Dying Introduction

May I ask where you got the page backgrounds and layouts from? I like how your module is designed to look like an official mocule. I'd like to do that with my own modules.

As for the introduction itself. MOOOOAAAAR! I want to run this module for my group!

One comment though, I found it really distracting that all bullet points used the "Failure" symbol instead of simply bullets, I keep thinking that this is after a check where things should be consulted depending on the number of failures...
