Hi! I'm new to the game, so bear with me. My son and I are playing our first game and are working out the kinks. Here's a question: my son played Guardian Shoggoth, then later played Shotgun, and attached it to the Guardian Shoggoth. Are support cards like Shotgun faction-specific? I'm asking because it just doesn't seem too logical for a shoggoth to be able to work a shotgun? I've looked over the rules, though, and don't see anything that says that support cards can only be used by their faction.

Oh, a shoggoth can manipulate a shotgun just fine, believe me!

Also, as has been said: The rules don't prevent it. So, you can have Cthulhu in a Patrol Car doing drive-by shootings.
