Has anyone else been able to locate where these tournaments are being held? I thought the website was supposed to be updated to show the locations, but cannot find it. I have asked a few different stores throughout the area, and they do not know if they are hosting yet. Anyone know anything?
Assault on Imdaar Alpha locations
Nope, I believe the Kessel Run events were not know till about 2 weeks before the events.
Argh I hate misleading titles!!
The subject of your post should be a "preview" of your post. If you type "assault at imdaar locations" I am going to assume that your post will include where they are being held. If your subject was "question about assault at imdaar locations" then it would be clear that you had a question and were not posting the information yourself...
I too got excited when I saw the thread. A question mark at the end would have helped too but oh well. We're still over 5 weeks out so there's plenty of time for most people to plan.
More importantly, try a search before you ask something, or at least look back a couple pages to see if there's already a topic!
To those few who felt it was helpful to post useless rants, thank you very little. Now I know why some people say this forum is not very helpful or nice. To the rest, thanks for the feedback and glad to know I am not alone in being confused on when they are actually going to post the locations - as the site says mid-march. Hopefully FFG will decide to let retailers know soon.

Yeah, a simple "?" at the end would have stopped ranting. But on the positive side, now you know you haven't missed any announced locations.
People here aren't bad, they are just eager to hear about what you posted. Seeing that you didn't know the locations caused much weeping and feet stamping, not because they're bad people but because the disappointment was too much for them to bear.
Or I'm wrong and about to take the verbal onslaught away from you and onto me

Yeah, it's something a lot of people are excited about, and the gap between "OH GOOD SOMEONE KNOWS SOMETHING NEW" and "OH GOD NO ONE KNOWS ANYTHING NEW" is a tough one to leap.

This forum is quite nice, we just typically expect people to have common courtesy when posting. If you're going to make a misleading post, you will find negative responses from those who have been mislead. Try again with a less misleading title and you'll find more positive responses.
You'll also notice that the people aggravated at the title are people who post quite a bit on these forums. Some of them, myself included, offered up some suggestions to prevent this sort of thing in the future. Maybe accept some fault, heed our suggestions, and keep the "thanks very little" to yourself.
