I have been looking at some of the repaints that have been done and i'm thinking about doing some of my ships. I'm a pretty decent painter so I have the skills.

What I am wanting to know is if there is any reference material on the different paint jobs for the specific pilots, such as the firesprays and the rebel pilots. Are these just descriptions in the novels or are they just designed by the guys painting their ships?

I've found the Starship Modeller website to be a reasonable source of ideas and reference.

<sigh> with the new epic rules unveiled I guess I'm going to have to start custom painting my ships instead of just dreaming about it...
