Picked up a firespray over the weekend and the base is warped beyond repair.

The customer service - missing/damaged parts link seems broken.

Anyone have a similar experance? call them monday? try the links later?

Could email them at whatever their customer service link is. I've never asked for anything, but oter users have very good reviews of FFG's customer service

Yeah, I tried it last night for a missing card out of the new LCG Force Pack, and had the same problem. I just sent to direct to regular customer service.
