Okay simple question. Most of her stuff runs on damage reduction. Does Fight or Flight, Healer, Holding Ground, and TKDZ count towards reducing damage say if my attack damage goes from 10 back down to the original 5, though it doesn'r really say reducing?
Hilde and Support? How does her stuff play according to the rules?

Fight or Flight - Is irrelevant - because it says Damage cannot be increased further.
Holding Ground - is a response, played during the Damage Step, long after Hilde's E can have any effect.
Healer - Yes... if the attack is at 10, and return it to 5, it's printed damage, you would have reduced it by 5.
TKDZ?
he means the tae kwon do zephyr. but i dont understand how going from an amount lower than the attacks printed damage to its printed damage and it be considered a reduction. if you mean you reduce it to -20 then use tTKDZ to bring back to printed it still knows it had the reduction and goes to a 1 shot kill. as in you reduce a 4 dmg attack to -20 and then tTKDZ to 4 and hilde E to 52 dmg and +48 speed.
