I would assume that epic rules will be in with the transport right? or have they already been spoiled and I just missed it somewhere?

Yes, they should be in the Transport.

While what we know for sure is the Transport comes with Cinematic Play and the Tantive IV comes with Epic, I fully expect both ships to include both formats.

It is confirmed that the Transport has scenarios for cinematic play. It was previewed a while back.
