X-Wing: Rebel Transport Expansion Pack are off the boat

I feel bad for Fel's Wrath. It was his wingman. Nothing like getting a callsign just referring to somebody else. Way to stand out.

It's really sad, because Fel's Wrath can't even take "Wingman"
It's like rain on your wedding day...

It snowed on my wedding day. What does LCG mean?

Based upon the specific wording of the Tournament Rules and the timing of the Transport release it immediately struck me that FFG intended the new X-Wing pilots and upgrades to be legal for Regionals. Now they could impose a ban but I would be really surprised if they did.

That being said I don't think there is anything that comes with the Transport that will impact the meta. I don't see anything so far that's any stronger than what's out there now. Different yes but not really stronger.

Living Card Game. FFG has many LCGs out including a very very fun SW Game! LCGs are awesome in comparison to CCGs because you own every card (packs are fixed not randomized). That really changed the meta since it's all about skill and not how much money you spent. If you're interested SW is relatively young (thus not too many cards, not years worth) and definitely worth a try. I like Xwing you can buy the starter set and you have 4 decks already to go!

It snowed on my wedding day too... But it was in December in Minnesota... So not ironic.

I think it goes to FFG's credit that the power creep in X-Wing has been kept at a minimum. However, you do not need the power creep to have an impact on the meta. I agree that the impact will be small at first. Not as many people have play tested new builds. The new droids will find a home and make some new builds possible. Also with 4 new X-Wing pilots the sky is the limit.

How is the "sky the limit"? I don't see anything better than what's presently available.

But, based on what has been said, these new pilots and upgrades are, like, the ultimate, most crazy, pilots in the game. Based entirely on their abilities to force Interceptors be a little more smart in how they use Push the Limit.

With the combination of Aces and Transport expansions available for regionals it will be a vastly different meta. The combination of Wes and Opportunist should not be underestimated.
