Hey guys,
since i am new to the LCG-format i am not very familiar with the way FFG release deluxe expansions. Is there another Deluxe expansion to be expected within this year? Just wondering ...

I would not be at all surprised if the next deluxe is announced in the coming weeks to coincide with regionals starting. Just speculation on my part, but it would make sense.
I was wondering because we had 2 deluxe expansions last year. So maybe they're missing out this year.

Sounds like a possibility, but I'm not going to take any bets on it or anything.
I could be implying too much but I bet the next deluxe expansion will be Shadows of the Empire based.
Can't recall the card off the top of my head but the light side deck got a visions of the future card that showed Leia, Xixor and his palace. I'm betting that was FFG's clue.

It's Premonitions of the Future in the Search for Skywalker objective set. LO1 55 of 6.
Given that the Empire's search occurs before, duriing and after the events of Shadows I think that might be a dead giveaway. Especially given that a card or two now has the Black Sun trait.
