I like it, but I think I'd drop the Targeting Computer off of Carnor Jax.

He ought to be pulling lots of defensive actions, as he's essentially acting as a reverse-Howlrunner.

Possibly use the left-over points to give Turr Phennir a Veteran's Instinct or an Elusiveness (which normally is terrible, but is actually useful with Carnor Jax in your fleet)

I was thinking to targeting to have a powerfull attack time but reading your advice I think I'll drop it for elusiviness thank you!
