can I still play it, look at the momentum and notice I have no attacks in my momentum? This would then become a way to look at the momentum without cost.

If I have 2 and my oponent has 1, we all play our copies, do we commit all copies of it? my point is the following enhence has been played 3 times. It doesn't specify that you require to have played this card's particular enhence. (kinda like the ruling done to Addes right prior to banning)

1. You can. The effect would just fizzle due to lack of paying costs.

2. "the following enhance" only refers to the enhance printed on that single card. In technical terms the enhance on one Shooting Capoera is different from the enhance on another Shooting capoera cause they are not on the same physical card. So no if you and your opponent all play your abilities once it won't commit all the copies. You have to play the enhance on one shooting capoera 3 times to make it commit.
