You have Target Lock so I think Predator is a waste.

Personally I think the combination of Push the Limit and Outmaneuver.

That just seems so **** solid.

Well it does free up that action, though with two attack I think lowering defense with outmanuver is more effective overall.

I'd much rather render Target Lock a waste with Predator than doing it and another action for a stress with PTL.
If you find yourself TLing or using an Offensive Focus on most turns, Predator is possibly an upgrade on PTL.
Particularly on ships that cannot afford stress as well as the A-Wing....

Predator has the additional quality of making ordnance - in particular Cluster Missiles - that little bit better that they've always desperately needed. Yet it remains relevant and strong once you've fired your payload.
