Whats wrong with the Kryat Fang?

@FuriousGreg

It really isnt a case of him not wanting to be there... he is the biggest Roleplayer we have going, and he was the first to buy EotE and express an interest in Playing or Running it.

Since I wanted to run something Star Wars a few years ago, I elected to run it (As I enjoy running things when they are going well).

He can Roleplay and do it well, but sometimes he can really dig his heels in, and just argues his point until people give up. Yes, at times he can be really difficult (As he was in Warhammer), but he is a friend, and part of the group.

I have made it abundantly clear this time, that I cannot adlib games if people push too far, and if it gets to the point where I cannot do what they want... then they need to flex as much as I will, in order to actually... you know.. play. Instead of scrapping the entire thing.

However, this is a new system, one none of us have played yet, and isnt a 'Mechanically' as everything else, (To my knowledge I have played with this group, Warhammer (D100), Savage Worlds, Fudge, D20 and SWD20 (Saga I think). So this will be something different entirely.

As a Back On Topic note... would the KF have Internal AND external doors on its side docking rings? I am thinking of making one leaky, so useless in space flight.

As in airlock?

So yes since they'd need to shut one before opening the other.

Might want to give them a chance to notice that problem before heading out into space and see what they do.

Ideally if they don't want to fix it they'd have to seal the interior door even if it isn't the one leaking since they can't use either until its repaired or unless the entire crew have space suits on before one of them tries to go outside...

I admit I would be interested to see how they'd react to that one!

Yeah, its a flavour problem they would find without problem, quick and easy to fix, but simply renders the airlock useless while in space. Its not a trap for them, just something else they can fix to make them feel its 'their' ship, after investing time 'renovating' the small things.

Since the Main boarding ramp, and Cargo loading doors can also be used as airlocks, it isnt a hindrance to ship operations really.
