The Stigmartus is like a dark mirror of Imperial society, right (see The Jericho Reach)? Their Word Bearers are the opposite of the Adeptus Astartes, the Stigmartus Infantry versus the Imperial Guard, Samech versus the Adeptus Mechanicus, corrupted Chartist Captains versus Rogue Traders, etc.

Some Khornate badass *******' cult I would recon.

In Dark Heresy I created a fallen order of Sororitas called the Order of the Barbed Chalice (I think I borrowed the name from a short entry on the DH timeline.) Their roots were with an order of Battle Sisters who fell from grace due to the influence of an Oblationist inquisitor. They're mercifully few but they wear daemon-bound powered armor and field penitent engines driven by daemonhosts. While I understand the Calixis sector is on the other side of the galaxy, something similar would be a good fit for the Reach.

Something like that, yeah. That should be powerful enough to keep other forces of the Stigmartus at bay should they get any funny ideas! Although the Stigmartus are more like a fanatical religious order anyway.

Corrupted Sororitas could fall to Khorne, Slaanesh or Nurgle- Tzeentch is possible (as are all things in Chaos) but less likely IMO.

Ciaphas Cain dealt with a finishing school for girls that had been corrupted by Slaanesh. That very nearly ended poorly for him.

Mirrored Repentias would either be armed with UN holy rage and eviscerators (or big chainaxes, whatever) or would be armed with a lust for sensation-probably born out of their ritual mortification- and unholy grace. Possibly festering buboes filled with plague-pus, if they were corrupted by a flawed hope for redemption coupled with a nihilism. In no case would it end well for anyone.

I would envision the dark mirror of the Sororitas more like a you-can-look-but-you-can't-touch but "bad girl" type of thing. Perhaps flaunting their sexuality but at the same time making it clear that anyone who gets funny thoughts will wish they were dead. Perhaps black clad, spider tattoos, plus smoking cigarettes on the toilet. Perhaps some even flaunting elements of the Battle Sister nuns as a taunt.

Could be awesome.
