I think all at the same PS will be a nice list to fly. A PS4 Y-Wing is not really making much of a difference.
Also, I would add the r2 over the r5 on a Y-Wing.
I usually do the R2. however in my last tournament, i went with the R5 on a whim. I was dealt two of 2damage cards. it was nice to see them flip over at rounds' end.

I agree, take the R5. The Y-wing doesn't need to clear stress. It has a turret. It just needs to be in the general area.
I wouldn't do the PS4 Gray as your only PS4. In my experience, I want my Y wing to be the last thing to shoot. Reason for that is that if someone is 1 dmg away, I'd rather kill someone off than ion someone else (most of the time at least). Furthermore, I'd rather have a B wing strip tokens, and have the ICT get through and do 1 dmg (+ ion token) than have the ICT strip tokens, and allow the B to do 2 dmg.
It's the sole reason that I've been straying away from Dutch in everyone of my builds - he shoots too soon to be overly effective, especially against imps.
With that said, I probably would take the 4 points from PT and either change the FCS to AdvS and leave 1 pt for init, or upgrade two of the blues to Daggers. But that's just me.
