This is a very rough draft that I slapped together, played a couple games, and liked it a lot. I know it needs some tweaking, I'm sure I'll add seals and mentorings but haven't gotten to that yet.

Now for the run down:

::Vega:: in my opinion is amazing in block 3 almost every deck is gonna run life gain and he shuts that down and fast. Pretty simple control hack deck get forethought anti k' spirit of athens and maniac early game and shut them down. All the attacks in the deck have a 5 difficulty so it will be very easy to play multiple attacks every turn. Inner turmoil is a big card in the deck I gain momentum sickly fast and turmoil gives a huge damage pump every time. Mentally unstable .........nuff said.

All suggestions are welcome keep in mind i prefer to run 65 cards in deck this has 67.

Personally, I'd cut back on the 2 checks. I've only ever run 5 maybe 6 in a tournament deck, but again, personal opinion. Depending on which one (if either) is your kill card, I'd got with a 3/2 Tsuranae/Cutlass.

Continuing on this line of thought if you reduce it to 3 tsurane kiri and 2 cutlass you could then add 3 Flying edge instead, that teamed up with knee gatling and lord of the makai give quite a bit of damage pump on its own.

there are only 8 2 checks in the deck not much of a problem.

flying edge was considered but just didn't make the cut tsuranae is really good at keeping their momentum down to avoid one turn kills cutlass with its draw power and powerful 2 would be considered the kill card

any other feedback??

I would suggest adding in an alternate method of dealing damage you don't get enough momentum for Cutlass. Savage Fighter is a great but simple card if you can get 3 attacks in a turn. An optimal attacking turn would be to attack 3 times, Mentally Unstable the last attack to ditch three cards and get the attacks back, then play them again ending with Savage Fighter.

actually it gets momentum really fast with knee gatling and lord of the makai. Plus other attacks that will get through by failing their blocks.
