So I had a game on vassal tonight where I set 2 new personal best records.

I had a seismic charge that hit 4 enemy ships at once.

My second seismic charge hit 2 enemy ships, giving me 6 total hits for the game, which was also a record for me.

What's your personal best?

7 with 2x Seismics and two of those ships being my own.

Totally worth it.

In my store champs, my Kath dropped a proton bomb that dealt 5 faceup damage card to the entire enemy fleet!

I'm sure there was a bit of sackfactor, but I am proud nonetheless

Personal best moment?
Dropping three Proton Bombs in a relatively tight pattern (catching two wide B-Wings in two each) and then watching a B-Wing fly right into the middle.

BOOM!

Undamaged B-Wing scratched instantly.

Tough game turns around into a walkover with 7 face up crits dealt out and two Rebel ships scratched (one of the other B's was already damaged and got finished off as well).

Now THAT is a bombing run!

Watching a tournament and my godson reminded a player to drop his bomb....I then went onto explain to him that we do not say that sort of thing only to have the opponent barrel roll his Inti into the spot where the player was going to drop the bomb. There was silence followed by extreme laughter

Personal best - a rebel player with 4 X-wings managed to collide 3 out of the 4 of them with Slave 1 - and the last one into the back of his own ships.

Next turn, Boba Fett looks out the window, sniggers, pulls the handle marked "BOOM" and skedaddles. Caught all 4.

The best I've seen? A TIE bomber wing floor-wiping two B-wings in a single pass with proton bombs - not the same as JCJF but a pretty similar outcome - two of them were caught in triple blasts and ceased to exist....

My record is two Seismic Charges that did a total of seven damage to four different TIEs. One, a Saber with Stealth Device, was destroyed without ever being directly attacked (earlier Assault Missile splash).

I also had one game where I would have hit two TIEs and Vader, but the Dark Lord barrel rolled clear and used Squad Leader to let one of his minions do the same.

A buddy of mine at a store tournament nailed 5 ties with a proton bomb - that's what he gets for flying a tight formation 3 of the 5 cards were direct hits. Sadly he still lost (it was his last bomber on the board that dropped the bomb).

I was on the receiving end of these bombs; it was inevitable. He was flying 2 named Firesprays and I was testing a rebel swarm (XXXZZZ). I was going to have to chase his ships eventually, and I since my PS was all below his, I was going to get hit.

The interesting thing is, after all of that, it came down to a 1 hull Krassis and a 1 hull rookie pilot. If not for how long the game played and how late it was here, I would have tried to stay out of your arc more for that unchallenged shot.
