If I am playing Jinteki with 3 Snare! in my hand and my opponent has Raymond Flint in play, if I score Profiteering and take 1 bad publicity, does the runner have an opportunity to Trash Raymond flint in response to my scoring the Agenda or taking 1-3 Bad Pub decision?


To me I see this as auto hit for 1 Snare! (Seeing as how yes I only have 3 cards and they are all Snare!)


Or is there a bailout window for the Raymond Flint to Trash in response?

Mind you I am not saying after the last action to advance the Agenda to 3. I am saying after I declare I am scoring the Agenda, and even further saying I am declaring the Bad Publicity, and even further saying I take the Bad Pub and the credits...

When you score profiteering the runner has to access your HQ. In Netrunner an action has to fully resolve before a new ability can be activated ("avoid" and "prevent" actions are an exception). So all the effects from profiteering being scored (including the access) have to resolve before the runner has a chance to trash Raymond Flint.

Protip: Don't play Raymond Flint against Jinteki unless you can reliably keep them poor.
