Was the bloodstriped Interceptor able to fire, or was it overlapping the X? I imagine that it didn't need to fire, just curious.

The good news is...
That one tie fighter is gonna have to roll for damage to fly over that asteroid...
I just love those moments in the game, I have yet to win a game against my mate with me playing as the Rebels and him the Empire, but on several occasions even though I lost the match I had moments where he rolled 3 hits against Luke, only for him to Score three evades, much to my giggling delight, he's a fricking Jedi I would yell.

But yeah that is unfortunate, I had a doom shuttle one shot wedge at range two on one occasion. infuriating
I had that same sort of thing happen to me just last night.
Took my 'new' Aces list for it's maiden flight. Two games were played. First game, full control of the battle, it was a massacre. Second game, I couldn't roll more than a single hit no matter how many dice I rolled, and my agility dice... I'm sure my opponent had painted all the faces of them green, as I didn't see any evades the entire game. Second game ended with me having a complete brain-fart and flying Turr Phennir 1mm to close to the edge of the mat, but he was 2 wounds down already and facing off Kyle, Garven, and Wedge on his own, so was as good as dead anyway. Talk about being knocked of my high horse. But you know what, that is EXACTLY what I love about this game. Win one, lose one... either way, you still have fun, and there is always a conversation to be had about the game afterwards.

First and last time I attempted to play golf I placed the ball, readied the club and swung with all my might....missed the ball.
Got lined up, readied the club and swung......missed the ball.
This happened a few times and then it got serious. Grass and mud started flying in all directions but still that stinking little ball refused to be hit. Just sat there taunting me.
If this game is like golf I'm gonna need a new hobby
