Yes, you may reversal since the attack is considered blocked. Still have to wait for the right timing, but it works.

Note that if they make the attack unblockable, under the current rules, the block step is skipped, and so you wouldn't be eligable to play a reversal. I doubt this will change when the new rules are finally posted.
