My only suggestion would be to include "x-wing miniatures" in the title or description so it can be found via a youtube search.

Watched two videos. I love how they showed the actions that each ship took via icons by the ship card. Great touch. One of the two showed dice results in large graphics. Keep that in every video, and show the dice next to its ship card. Also, may be too small, but Ithink just a letter next to each target lock icon would help identify it but wouldn't be so obtrusive as the pilots names.

I've watched all the vids... and have subscribed. What is your upload schedule usually? 1 vid a week, or is it a 'depends when games are played' basis?

Also, do you have a twitch stream? I like streams.

Does each episode start with a different sound effect? I like that!

Find a way to streamline or shorten the rules explanations at the start. For instance. Only list the Ships, Pilots' names, and Pilot Skill Values. Wait to discuss any card abilities and upgrades until during the game when they become relevant. Maybe THEN put up a larger, more legible version of the card on the screen like you do with upgrades already but larger. I don't think you need to show the card text of each pilot on the screen edges, either. The first time the text is relevant, show the card text on the screen, like you do with rule clarifications. Just make sure your players mention each time it is used in gameplay, but it doesn't need to be there all the time. Do the same with Faceup Damage Cards, instead of the big text graphic. Keep in mind, though, I know you are making YouTube videos. I am watching on my TV from the couch, so small text is hard to read. Probably isn't on a computer screen.

May also recommend that if card statistics change, such as Blinded Pilot, Weapon Malfunction, Structural Damage, or Damaged Cockpit, place a graphic over the number on the card, correcting it to the current value.

They certainly do a good job making it easy to follow. Having all the stats and whatnot on the screen is nice so you can really see whats going on

Sadly, too true. I've actually taken to rolling the SD die separately just so I know when it works or not. I need affirmation, dammit!

The project has taken a life of its own and I wasn't expecting it take off like this

I am trying to churn out a video a week - every sunday night/monday morning - but with easter coming up, might be tough for this week will have to delay video #5 to later in the week or the week after .... we already have another 3 videos filmed so far thats the easy part - just need editing

Love the suggestions - keep em coming - I will be implementing them as we see fit and maybe streamline the process a bit to get more videos out.
