Can you Respond with a Torn Hero to the static effect of Torn Hero?
The situation goes as so..
Players A: Activate Program Malfunction
Player B: Respond with Torn Hero
PlayerB: Use Torn Hero's static effect to commit two of your cards
Player A: Respond with Torn Hero???
Since the wording of Torn Hero says "Plays a ability" is using a static ability playing it??? If its yes then Player A can use his Torn Hero to respond to send the committing back at Player B.
If i can get a clear response then it can answer other question I have about static abilities
