Fake. Rookie Phantoms wouldn't be PS 7, they would be "Whisper". Rebels don't have a cloak so rebel only crew wouldn't work.

Obviously you've never played Rebel Assualt II... Rookie One and Ru Murleen are the ones that steal a Tie Phantom and blow up the Phantom production facilities.

The cloak action on the Phantom card is obviously pasted in. Plus, the card says "2013". You've gotta be more careful if you want people to fall for this stuff.

In his defense Rookie One is an actual character from Rebel Assault II as is Ru....so the wiki is legit....his cards aren't.

It'd be more believable if the cards weren't clearly generated online somewhere. If they were actual photos, that'd have been much more credible.
