Depends on what you're looking for exactly, but off the cuff...

Slicer pg 395
Remove name, replace with Bothan Spy: Operative and Bothan Spy:Slicer.
The Forger, Infochant, and Loan Shark would also work (all Pg 393)
No need to kill yourself with unique stats for everything...

Hey, since this thread exists, I have been wondering about a Super Tactical Droid left over from the Clone Wars. How would you stat one, either as an NPC or a PC?
My answer to any "How would you stat (X)?" question is the same:
Give them the abilities and stats that you need them to have for your encounter.
In all likelihood, the threat in question is never going to use the entirety of its bag of tricks, and even more likely, your players are never going to see what your stats look like.
Tool things up to be whatever sort of challenge that you want, and that has the abilities you think fit the role its meant to serve.

I might start by not making them Bothans. Most of the "Bothan spies" that do field work are not Bothan by species. Handlers and analysts are more likely to be Bothans though, so it depends on what type of spies you're looking to put into play.

Yeah, I don't know if that is true (Wookieepedia states "Not all agents of the Spynet were Bothans" which is a different matter all the same) and even if it is this all takes place on Bothawui where 95% of the "people" are Bothan so it would be extremely inconvenient if they weren't Bothans...

I'm in the camp of reskinning an already made adversary. Whatever you pick, just give them at least one rank in "Convincing Demeanor" and make sure the cunning is at least a 3.

A Super Tac droid would probably be a Nemesis, with ordinary Tac droid being rivals...
As an NPC, the Stormtrooper Sergeant on pg. 404 would be the foundation. Just make him a droid, and rejigger his equipment to be more in line with the fluff. I might debate swapping Tactical Direction for Riot Tactics (Pg. 401) depending on how directly active the Droid in intended to be in the encounter.
As a PC I'd wait till AoR drops next monthish and use the Normal droid character creation package and select anything in the Commander career field. In the short term, the Hired Gun:Merc would probably be an appropriate alternative.

Soak Value: 1 Wound Threshold: 13 Melee/Ranged Defense: 0/0
Skills: Deception 2, Knowledge (Underworld) 2, Perception 2, Skulduggery 1, Stealth 2, Streetwise 2, Vigilance 1
Talents: Convincing Demeanor 1, Street Smarts 1
Abilities: None
Equipment: Holdout Blaster (Ranged [Light]; Damage 5; Critical 4; Range [short]; Stun setting), cloak, comlink (long range), encrypted datapad, electrobinoculars
Start the Bothan Spies with a wound threshold of 0. Since. You know. Those **** Death Star plans.
