How about modifying the standard 7 TIE Swarm, dropping 2 Academy Pilots for a Bounty Hunter:

Bounty Hunter

Academy Pilot x4

You have minimal upgrades, but ships are generally a better value. Bounty Hunters are good. You know, I think I will have to try flying this sometime! These threads are good for inspiration. :)
