how do they see out of the hwk?

As for the Aural Sensor, that makes absolutely 0 sense. It isn't even a feasible piece of tech, because the vibrations will not carry through space.

I seem to recall it is linked to the normal sensors and creates sounds based on that rather than microphones on the outside of the hull. Recreating sounds would help in maintaining situational awareness after all.

Regarding the Aural Sensor, I believe it is plausible to have a tech that decode a huge amount of information gathered by different sensors into sound. Light and radiation for example can show a ship's position.

As for windows, I agree with TomRK. In real life, submarine's crew are monitored regulary by psychologists and other professionals in order not to develop panic syndrome, claustrophobia symptoms and other issues due to the enclosed space. And, as far as I know, the HK-290 was a merchant ship, thus it would be nice to have a pleasant view of the stars while traveling.

I like the post though. It was really nice to see the Moldy Crow's cockpit and to let my Star Wars imagination flow.

Thanks for the time, guys. lol :P

Haha!

Logic and Science have no place in a fictional universe where space wizards use swords made of light.

A certain amount of logic always has to be present for a setting to make sense at all. "Space wizards with swords of light" doesn't mean that everyone in the universe throws away reason and starts doing the crazy dance.

Edit

I seem to remember an interview with Uncle George about sound in space.. he said something about a movie filled with silence not selling well to an audience looking for action and excitement.. envision if you will all the space battles in the movies filmed in complete silence except for a few conversations over the comms... BORING....

Edited by oneway

Crazy dance and fun...

I guess this is a Jar Jar level of 'I hated that'... lol

Someone had too much time on their hands.. lol
