I've read The Stars of Inequity and these are the factors that describe there world's riches. In which book I can find descripiton of how it works within the game mechanics?

Uhhhh, Stars of Inequity? Planetary resources are only used to govern the growth of a colony. It's assumed that the GM and players will use that as a basis for endeavours and such, but no other books directly use it.
