Do Howlrunner and Jonus's abilities stack, allowing three dice?

No, because they clearly affect different weapon types as I totally said in the first place and did not go back and revise this answer in light of an embarrassing oversight. :D

Howlrunner works on main weapon.

Jonus on secondary.

Jonus does stack with Krassis, allowing him to reroll 3 though. Krassis scoffs at TL+F :)

So always take RecSpec with Krassis when Jonus is in the squad build too (and not WeapEng like I did one game... duh).

Or a Rebel Captive, to make sure that Krassis' HLC is around as long as possible.

I've flown Krassis a lot with HLC and RecSpec.

With HLC and RecSpec he can (and often will) still be burned down too fast.
