There have been shortages in the past. There are some now. You will get whatever you want. When is a a different matter.
Wave three reprints are shipping, two wave two ships are expected Q2 and two wave one ships Q3. That's eight of twelve ships. Most likely, all those reprints will turn up this year.
It seems that FFG was completely surprised by the sales when the game was released. That resulted in shortages. It is much better now than it used to be.

Where are you located? I am in North Dallas, TX and have no issues getting anything. Aces are low at the moment I guess, but "low" to me means less than 10 available...
Yes youll get them eventually. I started playing around wave 3 and was only able to buy wave 2 ships and core sets. I orderd all the wave 1 ships near December and wave 3 ships in February. It took some time but now i have every ship x2 (Except lambda hard to frind =()

Forgot about that...since I am like 6 hours from MM shipping is cheap and I get my stuff from them in 2 days max!

German Games ships for $10 flat anywhere in Ontario. It is a nice solution for those of use who don't like the $$$ tacked on for brokering to bring stuff north of the border.

Go to amazon, all the large ships are only $20 and wave 3 and 1 are mostly $12 bucks for the smaller ships prime. The A Wing and Interceptor are a bit pricier though. If you don't have prime it's about the normal price, which is better than nothing
