Quick Questions (Rookie level)

Hi everyone,

Checked the first ten pages, checked the faqs, but still have doubts about stuff one asked to me even if I thought I was personnally clear with the rules, myself... proved me wrong.

When you got a talisman, do you wait for your next turn to move to the crown of command, or do you, on the same turn, arrive in the Valley of Fire AND go the Crown since you have the talisman ?

A weird question I heard, now I kind of feel lost : you got your 4 items, you arrive on a Draw 1 Card place, you draw, its a whatever-object, you don't want it : do you put it back to the discard pile ? or "ditch" it on the place, so nobody will ever draw there until it is drawn instead ? this "ditching" stuff was never clear to me in the rules booklet, I already knew that, but now it is even more confusing.

And what if it is a Draw 1 Card space, and there already are something like 4 cards on it (never saw that, but hey...) ; what do you do, you have to draw the first one, then each one by one if the first one is discarded ? (monster killed, stranger leaves, and so on).

If they say "put that whatever-card on that place", if there already is the same kinf of card on the so-called place, like an event-place, a stranger, etc, do you still place it ? or do you discard it ?

Answer 1: If you land in the Valley of Fire with a Talisman, you can go in your next turn to the Crown of Command

Answer 2 : You ditch it on the space if you don''t want to keep it.

If you want the object, you can ditch a other object from your inventory on that space

Answer 3 : if you come on a draw 1 space with 4 cards on it, you encounter them on number and order you have drew them before. ( except objects or followers. If you have dealt with all other type cards(number 1-4) then you a free to choose to pick up any object or follower .

Answer 4: You still place it on that space
