I feel that The Prophetess" from Talisman works well for Eliza Farrow and I'm also using the Ghoul as the necromancer's reanimate. I don't like using the tokens so I'm curious if any of you use replacements and what do you use?

I only use replacement for familiars, i own all miniatures.

The Ghoul for the Reanimate - nice idea! I might start doing the same. You could use the Werewolf from Blood moon as the wolf also, even though it doesn't quite fit the part.

I use squeleton from dwarf king hold from Mantic as the reanimate and a zombie wolf from Zombicide to replace the wolf, but I think i will use a familiar wolf from reaper bones (in plastic) using a set which have also miniature for the Skye and Brightblaze, even if the better solution for brightblaze is to cut the base of the miniature itself.

Now I'm searching something for the Raven for the futur Manor of Ravens

I use my Runewars hero figures for Descent. Generally I just use them as themselves (since they are all in the conversion kit), but they work as lieutenants too.

I have most of the lieutenants, the ones I don't I will buy before I start a campaign with them in it.

This is what I use for familiars. I don't own anything from the first edition.

Reanimate - Skeleton from Lords of Madness D&D miniatures

Summoned Stones - Light blue counters glued on miniature bases

Wolf - Timberwolf from Death Knell D&D miniatures

Shadow Soul - Specter from Death Knell D&D miniatures

I would show pictures if I knew how to upload them. All of these seem to fit in fine with the descent minis.

I already got my eye on a miniature I'm going to use for the Raven in Manor of Ravens.

I use Krieg the Relentless (old liutenant model) as reanimate and wolf from castle of revenloft.

We haven't got a chance to play with Familiars yet but I intend to use the following at least:
- Skeleton Warrior from Legend of Zagor

- Wolf from Village of Fear

- Some painted stones for the summoned stones

- For the Shadow Soul I'm not sure.

Are you sure the Raven wil be considered a figure?

Skye isn't a figure, from the Conversion Kit. My money would be on the raven not counting as a figure.

Not really worried if it is a count as a figure or not, if it can be placed in the same square as a figure you can put the token there. I just like the visual. But since its a token I'm certain it'll be on the board somewhere.
