marksmanship
You can perform the action from the marksmanship card every round.
Unless a card specifically orders you to discard it you keep it for repeated use.
Note: Turn is a type of maneuver. The game is played over a series of game rounds.

If you can only use an upgrade once, it will tell you to discard it (e.g. Adrenaline Rush, Proton Torpedoes, et c.).
Some upgrades require an action, which is typically only in the action step in the activation phase (e.g. Marksmanship).
They can also be used whenever you would receive a "Free Action" outside of that step (e.g. Lando's pilot ability).

Tweaked that a little. As far as I know right now, Squad Leader is the only ability which will currently let you pass (or even take) an unrestricted free action. All the others require it to be an action which is on your action bar.
some of the upgrades say "add this action to your action bar" so they will be useable with those abilities. I don't have my cards to hand to say which ones say it but there is definitely some that do

The Z-95 pilot Arien doesn't mention action bar, so that's a 2nd one.

No. But someone above mentioned using passed actions for Marksmanship, which actually presents a limited set of options.

It was both - FFG put one up AND someone found a bit of additional information in a Gametrade article.
back to the marksmanship card:
if you use it with e.g. Han and Luke (as crew) - my buddy says that if you have used it on Han to change focus to one crit and rest regular hits and they don't hit, you can use it with Luke, yet no crit (as you have already changed one to a crit). I say with Luke you start over - one crit and the rest regular.....
