Now, when the cost says minimum 0, does this mean that the minimum you can reduce it by would be 0 (so you can't reduce it by negative damage, if that even works) or does it mean that the least damge it can be reduced to is 0?

Well it was written to be you can't reduce it lower than 0, but honestly it means both, since I don't believe you can reduce anything by minus numbers in this game.

it should read as follows as you read the sentance: "E: Reduce this attack's damage by any ammount(TO A MIN of 0) [side note they really should just go bakc to to a min of 0...] in other words the reduction cannot be more than 7(not including any damage pumps that you have given it so far) but may not be less than 0, no damage pumps through it.

You can't take the attack below 0, and note the wording - it says "reduce" not "give this attack -X damage", so you cannot possibly do anything but reduce it. Absolutely no way to "increase" the damage with that Enhance.

im pretty sure hes just making sure he cant make an infinitely big attack with Hilde with it

Or you know, just use its ability to draw 40 cards or give my opponents next check -1 million, but yeah, just makin sure
