I'm starting The Shadow Rune with new Descent players tomorrow, and I'd like to use a storyline (the text during each encounter) that's more elaborate and a bit less lighthearted. I feel like the default stories in The Shadow Rune are a bit too juvenile for these players.

Is such a storyline available (at least for Act I of The Shadow Rune)? Where could I find it? Otherwise, I'll try to make time to type my own.

I'm not aware of anyone having done that as yet.

Ideally, something more elaborate and a bit more "serious," yes. But any re-write would be helpful to look at. Thanks for responding, Steve-O - you're very helpful on other posts I've read!
