Ok, I didn't realize that push the limit could also be used with Turr's ability outside of taking normal actions. Thanks for pointing that out. I still think veteran instincts can be a good alternative as well though.

It depends on who you go against. There is not that many PS8-9 pilots so if you know your opponent to prefer elite pilots, VI is better, if not, PtL. That can shoot before you in the rebel camp there is currently Wedge, Han (but with a turret he would probably be able to shoot you anyway) Luke, Tycho, Ten Numb, Horton and Jan Ors, so that's not a lot. If you happen to meet them, you can always send Turr against the lower PS escort while the others take care of the elite pilot, or play more defensively while he's still in play.
