Trying to decide between two lists for my next set of games, stuck between:

Golden Han

Han + Marksmanship + Gunner

2x Gold Squad Y-wings + Ion Turret

or

Krassis' Sabers

Krassis Trelix + HLC + Recon Spec

2x Saber Squad Ints + PTL + Stealth

The Han list seems like a better list, but kinda boring. I also worry about firepower being a bit lacking. The Krassis list loos like more fun, but seems like it could go down super fast. Anyone have any experience flying with/against lists similar to these that may have some tweaks or insights?

Han list has less firepower and ion ywings are probably the most annoying thing to play against in the game. Go krassis.

I've flown the Krassis list and it can be pretty unforgiving if your opponent manages to set up for a good alpha strike.

I've flown against the Han list and it was a beast. It took second place at the tourney that night. All around turrets are hard to beat and the combo of 360 firing and lots of hit points makes that list very forgiving to fly.

Try Han, Marksmanship, Gunner, Merc Co-Pilot and 2 Blue B-Wings.

Or drop Marksmanship and the Merc in favor of Expert Handling on Han and Adv. Sensors on a Blue

My local meta calls this "Norton 360*", as you never really have to, y'know, aim. It's a good list if you're a beginner, as you only need to concentrate on steering as you maneuver, and not the shots you can pull.

Krassis' Sabers

Krassis Trelix + HLC + Recon Spec

2x Saber Squad Ints + PTL + Stealth

Although I feel this one is a bit more competitive, I think it would actually fare quite poorly vs the Norton fleet, as those Interceptors need to rely on getting out of firing arcs to succeed.

However, I definitely prefer this one, but might consider trading the Recon Spec for a Rebel Captive.

Chewie with gunner, nien nunb, ptl, falcon title and 2 blues with fcs are what has been doing really well locally.

You could also try the 5-6-7 squad
