Assuming u have access to every ship and upgrade u wanted, what squad would you play versus a rebel heavy meta??
what specific upgrades would be the most useful?

Edited by DeadshaneMy tourney list does fine against rebels and has beaten a few dual yts.
BH+Recon
Saber+PtL x 2
Backstabber
People down play the int but few things live as long as it when it turtles up. The firespray is actually an amazing ship for its cost and a lot of people don't pay it attention till it is to late.
Y-wings with ion turrets can really wreck a Rebel-heavy field, since those 1- and 2-Agility ships just can't get out of the way effectively.
The most fun I have against heavy rebel lists is bombers w/clusters and proton or concussion. Jonus w/Squad leader is necessary too. Clusters with Jonus just melt b-wings/y-wings/falcons.
I saw a list wreck house against rebels this past weekend,
Bounty Hunter + Gunner x2
Academy Pilot x2
100pts.
Tore HSF apart, i think its only struggling point was against BBBAA, but I didn't get to see any of that match.
This list has done well for me.
Howlrunner + Elusive
Mauler Mithil + Adrenaline Rush
Backstabber
Dark Curse
(X2) Black Squadron Pilots + VI

The build was designed to get around all the PS 4 Rebel builds with Biggs.
Since the lowest pilot skill is 6 the entire list has a good chance of shooting first. It can shoot out Biggs in the first turn of combat and usually put a few hits on another ship. If there is no Biggs in a joust with XXBB lists it has never not killed a B in the first round of combat. Mithel and Backstabber work well for when you want to break up the flight after Howlrunner is killed, their extra attack dice really help to keep the pressure on.
The high PS also allows it to deploy after the Rebels.
Edited by gz1962Tie Swarm punishes low-agility fleets, as do Alpha-Strike Bomber fleets.
