i am not sure that hilde could be considered a top tier character, but she loves rejection. Ivey is also good, and is the only char who almost has to run 20 atacks to work.

...bleh, that isn't justifying enough. I can understand Arrogant Insolent in Hilde because her attacks reduce their own damage (actually, I think only one or maybe two reduce their damage), but I'm not sure if it would justify it.

i played a tournement yesterday in which hilde's second ability wasextremely key. being able to use it twice is funny.
