The status just got updated to shipping! Thought I'd let everyone know.

Yay! Now to hope that Lure ends up on the boat soon so that it can hit the April release date. :-)

Oh, no! Though one way to look at it might be that you can play both new sets at once when the next one comes out...?

*edit: I'm not weighing in with respect to the thread's ongoing flame war. I see both sides of the whining issue. I love the game. I play a ton of SW. There is a difference between cliche whining and loving whining. Companies learn from feedback, and so I am a fan of being quite vocal about our discontent. I understand the "enough is enough" argument. But, at this point it has been so long that I cannot help but find some humor in it.

To be honest, I dont look at the FFG release page anymore, when they turn up, my LGC lets me know when games I play are on for order (SWLCG, X-wing etc) and I just order what I want like that

That way I tend not to care when they come out

I just use what I got, which to be fair is always to much anyway!

I died a little bit inside today. I opened my mailbox and saw a big, fat bulge. I thought it was Heroes and Legends, but it was just a grocery store ad.

Some folks probably already have it. It starts arriving at stores as soon as it ships. The official release date is usually set so that the majority of stores have it by that date.

Yeah, very rarely do hobby game companies do the whole "street date" thing like DVDs and videogames.

Funagain games, the guys who sell it for Amazon, have it in stock. I preordered mine from them a few weeks ago, but shipping status hasn't changed. Hmmm.
