* I only have the CS once, AToW is represented thrice though, since I have an extra copy of it.

* Gandalf in used for either threat reduction or direct damage. I'd use him for his draw, only if I was truly desperate. Beravor however almost always guarantees I'm not.

* I do not have Warden of Healing, hence the Daughter. She's expensive, but really valuable.

Concerning your question if I can pay for the Stargazer, she was out in previous versions of the deck with Gleowine in. What trial and error showed however is that, with the latter in the deck, I had many expensive Lore cards in my deck, which clogged my hand more than once, while I had excess Spirit resources to spend at the same time. Hence, the Stargazers were put in and Gleowine said good-bye. Note that the Envoy moves a resource to Glorfi when she enters play. Spirit resources management is tricky, because it's a good strategy to always have at least one available in case AToW or HS is needed. Still, even with this in mind, I can afford the Stargazer. If all else fails, she's at least an extra chump blocker to throw at the enemies till the Outlanders take over.

Are you getting the Burning Brands in play? Do you play them on hunter or heardsmen once they are built up? I tried that, but found that was also long set up time, unless you play on Beravor, but she is to valuable for card draw. You might consider dropping them for DK if you don't want to take out stargazer. You have decent card draw, but it still does not look that fast for an outlands deck. When I was playing them awhile back I included Peace and thought and drawing 5 cards at the cost of tapping 2 heroes during refresh. DK might speed things along for your deck. You have Elrond's counsel and Gandalf sneak attacks to help with threat if it get out of hand. A Very Good Tale is also a good deck thinner for an Outlands deck, and it will usually catch 2 allies when you play it.

I do not have the Hobbit expansions. Yeah, Burning is there for Beravor and the Hunter. It really depends on each matchup specifically who I attach it to. It's expensive, sure, but the Errand-rider helps there to play it quickly and, between this and HS, Shadow is not that much of a problem. Usually. I have P&T but, I never used it; its drawback seems immense.
