How would you resolve the order of these effects?

1 - roll attack dice

2 - heavy laser cannon converts all crits to hits

3 - marksmanship converts 1 focus to crit then rest to hits

Or

1 - roll attack dice

2 - marksmanship converts 1 focus to crit then rest to hits

Since they are my effects can i choose shich order to resolve them?

HLC says "Immediately", so it happens first, followed by all other die modifications.

So, if you've got an HLC, Marksmanship, a Merc Co-Pilot, and a Target Lock, you could easily have several crits when damage is calculated.

According to page 10 of the rulebook one attack consists of seven combat steps. The HLC change happens after "2. roll attack dice" but prior to "3. modify attack dice". Marksmanship is part of "3. modify attack dice".

The discussion whether or not the word "immediately" means that the effect goes first is not settled. In this particular case it is not relevant.
