Well, it certainly should take out a tie swarm that flies all bunched together. Don't know if it would be worth anything against any other list.

Yeah, it'll be rough on your opponent if the dice go your way, but the missiles aren't reliable, so the list is very limited when it fails--which is why, e.g., Dutch + Ions with 3x Prototype Pilot + Assault Missiles hasn't already taken off. Using Lando as an action donor definitely helps, but it's still not going to be a particularly strong list if the missiles don't work and/or if your opponent's ships aren't clustered together.

Not saying that this is a good list but it is the rebel bomber list.
